The Finance Department is responsible for recording and tracking all financial transactions of the agency. The goal of the department is to provide fiscal support for the agency by following policies and procedures approved by the Board of Directors in accordance with applicable regulations. The Human Resources Department provides six major functions for the agency including:
Ada Stevenson, Director, Quality Assurance Willene Paschal, Quality Assurance Monitor The Quality Assurance Department functions as a monitoring agent for the agency, and monitors all sites and programs in accordance with the Head Start Performance Standards, applicable state regulations and the contractual agreements between the agency and our partners. The Quality Assurance Department spearheads the agency's annual Self-Assessment process which provides the agency the means to regularly assess its management systems and program operations in order to continually strengthen its program and service delivery.
